National shipping – Peru

We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however, if it didn’t work out for you, we will gladly accept returns within 5 days of receiving your item(s) for store credit. Exchanges are also available for size swapping. Simply email us at glossyspace@outlook.com, WhatsApp (+51 913659046), or DM us to our official Instagram account @glossyspace_pe with your order number to initiate either.

Items must be in their original unworn condition to be eligible for return/exchange. Sale items (including items purchased with a discount code) are not eligible for return.

Refunds are not issued unless an item arrives broken/damaged and if sold out, it cannot be replaced.

Please Note:

  • For any exchange request based on size, a small fee will be charged (S/12) to cover shipping services.
  • Online purchases cannot be returned to a boutique, only via online.
  • Only physical purchases can be returned in a boutique with the receipt and within 5 days after purchase.

International shipping

To make an exchange, follow these instructions:

  • Contact us within the first five (5) calendar days after receiving your product to initiate the exchange process.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, with tags and original packaging intact. Please provide photos of the product from different angles for approval.
  • Please note that exchanges do not apply to products purchased on promotion, sale, or clearance, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size or product is not available, you may choose an alternative item of equal, higher (with the price difference covered by the customer), or lower value (no refund or credit will be issued).
  • Please note that we reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the established conditions.
  • Once the exchange is approved, we will coordinate a suitable date for the exchange process via email, Instagram, or WhatsApp. Exchanges cannot be managed by third parties.
  • The customer is responsible for covering the shipping or pickup costs to our warehouse in Lima, unless it is due to a manufacturing defect. In such cases, Glossy Space will cover the cost. Once we receive the product at our offices, we will proceed with the new shipment.
  • Ensure that the package is properly sealed and packed when returning the product to the courier service.

RETURNS

At Glossy Space, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We only accept returns in case of defective products. If you receive a defective item, follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team within the first five (5) calendar days after receiving the product to report the issue. You can reach us at glossyspace@outlook.com.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
  • Carefully pack the defective item and include any original documentation or accessories that came with the product. The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, with tags and original packaging intact. Please provide photos of the product from different angles for approval.
  • Glossy Space will cover the shipping costs to return the defective item. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or coordinate with a courier service to pick up the package.
  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to verify the defect. If the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with a replacement, according to your preference and product availability.

Please note the following important details:

  • The refund amount will correspond to the value of the purchased item(s). The shipping cost will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, once the return is approved.
  • In the case of credit card refunds, please note that processing time may vary depending on the card issuer’s bank. It generally takes between 30 and 90 business days.
  • In the case of refunds made via bank transfer, the refund will be processed within five (5) calendar days after receiving the merchandise in our warehouse and approving the return.
