 How long does shipping take?

We have 2 methods of shipping to choose from. Our standard shipping takes 3-6 business days. If you need your items ASAP you can opt for our express shipping which should reach you the next day after purchasing.

How long does shipping take(outside Peru)?

 Every country has a different shipping time. For USA and Europe takes 5-10 business days. For more information please find our price chart in shipping options below

Can | change my address?

Yes, you can change your address before it was shipped. You can’t contact us via instagram @glossyspace_pe to help you with your new address request.

What happens if my package was returned?

If your package is returned due to incorrect address, you will receive an email asking for correct address info and payment to reship. RETURNED ORDERS ARE HELD FOR NO LONGER THAN TWO WEEKS – please double check your address before ordering and check your email for updates.

Where is my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking

info so you can keep tabs on the delivery status

I received a faulty/wrong item in my package, what do | do?

We are very sorry to hear that you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item. So we can rectify the issue ASAP please shoot us a message at glossyspace@outlook.es with the following info: Your name, Your order number, Product name and a picture of the fault/incorrect item.

Will my fave items ever come back?

We usually don’t restock our items unless a product is very requested. In that case we do preorders. We recommend you to sign up to our back in stock notification on the product page and we will let you know when they are available for purchasing.
