Refund policy

OUR REFUND POLICY:

• We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in a sellable condition with a tag still attached to the item for a full refund (for the items) within 30 days from your purchase date.
• Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
• We don’t recommend combining more than one order in the same return, as this can cause complications for our team when processing the returns. Please start a separate return according to order number to ensure a smooth return process.
• For all returns, please allow 3 days for all refunds to be processed once they have been issued.
• For all US returns, we will deduct $4.9 from your refund amount whether you opt for one of our return bar locations or print a return label. All US exchanges are free of charge, but will be limited to one exchange per customer.
• Please keep in mind that we do not refund shipping charges.
• For Returns outside the US, the return must be submitted within 45 days from purchase date.
• For Returns outside the US, we’ll issue your refund within 5-10 business days from receiving your return.
