National shipping – Peru

• The maximum delivery time is within the next 7 days from the verification of your payment (Lima and Provinces). Every customer is responsible for providing the correct information; otherwise, Glossy Space is not responsible for loss, delay, or additional shipping charges.
• Orders within Metropolitan Lima are shipped via our own courier service.
• Orders to provinces are outsourced via Olva Courier, a company responsible for the security and timing of deliveries.
• You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase at the latest by the next business day after placing your order. If you do not receive the confirmation email within this period, please send us a direct message to our Instagram account (@glossyspace_pe) or to the following email address: glossyspace@outlook.com.
• We don’t accept pick-ups in our boutiques or offices if the purchase was via online.
• Our shipping schedule is from 2 pm – 7 pm for orders in Lima.
• We also have express shipping with additional costs in case you need a product the same or next day you purchased.
• Orders in Lima take 3-4 days to ship and provinces 6-7 days.
• The shipping cost for provinces may vary according to the region and height of the product(s).

International shipping

We have partnered with DHL Express to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your international orders. Once your order is confirmed, the average delivery time ranges between 3 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary during special occasions such as Cyber Monday, Black Friday, and holiday sales. It is important to note that external factors beyond our control may cause occasional delays.
